The mobile, switchable sheet separator recently developed by Goudsmit Magnetics helps ensure fast and safe separation of adhesive or oiled steel sheets up to a thickness of about 4 mm. This prevents two sheets from being picked up at the same time, which can cause disruption of automated processes and damage tools and dies.
Equipped with a neodymium magnet, the 14-kg separator is hand operated and requires no power supply. The magnetic package is switched on and off by a rotary mechanism. The strength is variably adjustable and air pressure is not required. Dry Electric Magnetic Iron Separator
