Description:
It is reported that the main pigment of grape skin is anthocyanin. Grape skin extract powder is purple, the liquid is brownish purple, both have the slight characteristics of grapes. It is soluble in water and alcohol and readily dissolves propylene glycol, but not in oil. When the PH value is different, the color shadow of aqueous solution will change. When the PH is between 2-6, the color is purple and stable. The color of the solution turns blue, but not when the PH exceeds 6. His solution does not fade for long periods of time and is also well resistant to high temperatures and acidic media. It has the effect of protecting tiny blood vessels and fighting inflammation.
