Product Description

  1. Chemical Name:  Sodium Hexametaphosphate ,
  2. Molecular Formula:   ( Na PO 3 ) 6
  3. Molecular Weight:   611.77
  4. CAS : 10124-56-8
  5. Character:    W hite crystal powder,   density is 2.484 (20°C), easily soluble in water,   but nearly insoluble in organic solution,   it is absorbent to dampness in the air. It easily chelate s  with metallic ions ,  such as Ca   and Mg.
  6. Usage:   Used as emulsifier, dispersant, remove metal ions, texture improvement agent. Meat processing, aquatic products processing, water treatment agent, milk processing beverages and other in food.
  7. Packing:  It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
  8. Storage and Transport:  It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
